I cannot connect to the EA servers on PS5, there’s nothing wrong with my connection and everyone else is able to play. I’ve taken all necessary troubleshooting steps and there is no fix. Can someone please help.
Not sure if it’s fixed for you, but I just deleted the app and reinstalled it and it’s fixed. Not sure if it just fixed in general for everyone or if it was coz I redownloaded it
It is also happened with me in Jakarta, ID, I can't login too, it is 8 PM at JKT Time. Just go back from office and I can't play Ultimate team hahaha, what a bad day.

I try to reinstall but still i cant login to ea server. Ive tried all. DNS manual setting, restart router and consoled restart everything, delete saved data. Literally everything. The only way is using my mobile hotspot. Is there any way to fix this? Please help me. This happens suddenly for the past 2 weeks. Im in Malaysia.

Same here from Singapore. Has been for about 5 days at least or more. Tried everything, nothing works. FC25 works fine though. Have lose hope in EA. The fact that many is facing this issue but they have been quiet all along. Even their support page is non-existence. I have been playing since 2008. This will well be my last. The way they treat us players is aimply BULL!
Managed fo speak to EA advisor who informed that they are aware of the issue and has been working to resolve it. Unable to give a timeline when. Anyway, after speaking with them, i tried logging in 10 min later and able to finally play as usual. See my latest post for update.
