Ultimate Draft glitched Rewards

I was playing my Draft until i quit the last Game. I got a error message and now i cant claim my rewards but there a packs in the shop (which only could be from the Draft) 
I dont want to risk a ban because i already opened them not knowing that there is a glitch ongoing.

Is there a Solution?
