Cannot move at all on Pro Clubs no matter what gamemode.

Whenever I play Pro Clubs, rush, drop in or league it either lets me move for a split second then drags me off the pitch or doesn't let me move at all. It has nothing to do with my internet because it is perfectly fine I want to know why it does this and why I can't move because I can't be the only person experiencing this. I've tried multiple controllers, wires for the controllers and even bluetooth and nothing changes, if anyone has had this and managed to fix this or if you know how to fix this problem please let me know. I play on the EA app on PC by the way if that is necessary for you to know.
