cant access ultimate team

i cant access ultimtate team on fc26, it lets me on fc25 tho.

But both games have same problem with laggy menus, i can play rivals on both games but doing anything related to the menus as sbc, evos and opening packs put me in this endless loading, "Processing" until i quit the game because after 45 minutes of "Proccessing" you have had enough. 

these last 2 days i have had problems with accessing ultimate team and now the last 2 hours it has not let me in, only on fc25.
