Can't Change Frame/Refresh Rate

Question

Hello everyone,as usual, no EA game without problems and I am facing the controller issue but I found a solution that I should change the Refresh Rate to 60, I was AHHH finally I have a solution, but then of course I faced another problem, that I can't change the refresh rate!! It says to change the refresh rate you should be in fullscreen mode and I am in fullscreen mode!!! It reads that I am in borderless mode idk why and what can I do?Please check the below image&nbsp;

turn off the Vsync, set the refresh rate and set the Vsync back

nothing changed, when I turn it off, the frame rate limit field becomes changeable but refresh rate still the same
