cant connect to servers for any online gameplay

i try loading up my pro clubs or ultimate team and it always says it failed to connect to the ea servers but the servers are always fine and are running when i check, it tells me to check my internet but my internet is completely fine on any other game, its just fifa. please help me sort this

Hi there. As a test, can you try switching your connection to a mobile hotspot and let me know if that connects or not? Thanks!
