Can't connect to the online servers

At the beginning my friend gameshared me the game and it didn't work while telling me "you have lost your online connection and to check my home network", I've tried everything to fix it and it didn't work so eventually I bought the game and it worked. But after a couple of weeks of playing rhe game, the same problem happened again and I've tried everything from YouTube/the forums/Google... and it still didn't work and the confusing part that the online servers of fc25 are working perfectly fine until i try fc 26.

I hope you can fix this issue or check if its a problem on your side because it has been 3 days and the problem is still ongoing.
