Can't connect to UT

Hello,

I can connect to the servers correctly, but when I try to access Ultimate Team, I receive the following error message:
“At the moment, it is not possible to connect to Ultimate Team. You will now be returned to the main menu.”

This started after a disconnection during the “Live Friendlies” event.

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but the issue persists. The problem only affects this mode. On other platforms (PC), I do not experience this issue.

    Hey EnjointDope​,

    please try to delete your active squads through the Companion app or the Web app, leave an empty squad active, then try again to access Ultimate Team on your Platform. Sometimes refreshing the squad data gets things unstuck.

     It might also help to delete the corrupt files following this guide; sometimes the online squad data files are involved.
