Can't connect

Hi I tried everything and nothing  is wrong with my Internet and my friend has the same problem  how can I fix this issue 

Thanks for letting me know. As a test, try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Let me know if you can then connect. Again, this is just as a test.

I tried  with mobile hot-spot it worked but when I used my normal  WiFi it resent me can't connect 

Thank you. This means the issue is either with your equipment or ISP. Have you tried using a wired connection?
