Can't control my players

I wanted to report this weird glitch, it happened twice this Champs weekend, for some strange reason, when the game starts, I cannot control my players!!! Why is this happening? I mean, EA Sports openly claims here that since FIFA 23 we have kernel level anticheat to prevent cheats from being a thing, so it must be a glitch, right?????? And what about the two losses? Will I get compensated?
