Cant Enter the Team Management in Ultimate Team in a random match on pc

this has been issue over the last weeks , time to time I couldnt able to sub my players due to I cant enter team management when I got paused the game. it returns me to pause menu instead. and today my all 3 weekend league  games had that issue and it is tilting
