Can't enter the ultimate team
Hi,i cant enter the ultimate team for 2 days now,,i dont know what happen,i already tried to clear the chace,uninstall the game, and etc,,it not working,,pls help me 🥲

Community ManagerHave you tried all the connection troubleshooting steps in this guide, used a different connection altogether, and waited 24 hours without trying to access UT again?
Also, please share a photo of your empty active squad from the Companion app or the Web app. If you have any other squads saved, delete them too.
I have same case, i cant open fc ultimate team but i can play other menu like clubs or season. I try sign in with other account in my xbox and it can open fc ultimate team.
