Cant launch the Ultimate Team

I already reset the internet, already uninstall the games, ohhh also already uninstall the app, but still I cant even launch ultimate team, is it the server or my pc or the internet? I dont know, 12 hours in front of my pc but yet nothing changes, already ruin the weekend mood, thanks EA
