Had my fifa account linked to my e mail forever but since it's a lost e mail I can't log into the companion app. I have all the details to log in just not the code they send to the email for verification as it unaccessible. Any solutions?

However that is apart of the issue. Since the email to the ea account is lost I cannot recieve the email in response. I'm not sure how this problem can be fixed
