I’m on old gen on ps4. I preordered the ultimate edition and bought ea play and I still haven’t been able to get on the game. I’m stuck on an endless loading sreen. I’ve tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it as well as rebooting my ps4 and it still doesn’t work. Am I the only one having this problem?
No, I’m also on PS4 have been trying since the 10hr early game play and can’t get past the loading screen on Ultimate team. It’s been 2 days at this point. I messaged EA tech and all they said were they are looking into it. They should give the money back at this point.

I have found a temporary solution to this. Use a hotspot or different connection if possible. I normally run a wired connection and I have the same issues as you and others in the comments. Even on Wi-Fi. I switched to hotspot, and bang I'm in fine.
It's weird because I have no issues with my internet on any other games, or even on psn, or anywhere.
Here after I choose my favorite team the game simply freezes on one screen and doesn't exit anymore

I dont get what youre trying to say. The game didnt work on ethernet or wifi. The game worked on hotspot. Idk what else to do at this point tbh. I've done everything from console resetting, deleting game, license restore, restarting internet, nothing worked besides using a hotspot.
