Career mode, box blocking the price Xbox Series S

I am having an issue on career when either signing a new player or renewing a players contract. When you get to the moment whether to sign a player or renew a contract there's a blue/purple box blocking the whole thing and you can't put in the price/new wage. Have any of you had that issue and also if so has it been resolved? I am grateful to any responds.
