As players with over a decade of dedication to this title, we are extremely frustrated with the current state of the game. Our experience is being ruined by persistent high ping, server instability, and an influx of players using hardware cheats (Zen).

"Actively investigating" is no longer enough. We have invested significant time and money into this game, and we deserve a better experience than this.

We request:

A clear, actionable plan to fix server performance and combat cheaters.

Transparent communication regarding what steps are being taken to restore the game’s integrity.

We want to continue playing, but we need to see that you are actually prioritizing the health of the game and the satisfaction of your long-term player base.

Till now we are struggling higher ping in East Africa and EA not concerned us
