Career Mode freezes after negotiations

Yo,

Career Mode sometimes freezes when I come out of a negotiation and I'm unable to leave. To be completely fair, the game is still running and music is still playing (and I can open the playlist), but I can't advance. This means I have to quit and lose all unsaved progress. Please help me out on this!
