Career Mode Injuries Not Occurring Even with Sliders Maxed

In Manager Career Mode, player injuries are not occurring at all during gameplay — even when both Injury Frequency and Injury Severity sliders are set to 99. This issue makes Career Mode feel unrealistic and drastically reduces the experience quality.
