challengers game mode it

for the people division 7 up to div 10 can play challengers i planned on playing all 5 games i played the first 2 just fine and after that i was 1 and 1 but my next 2 games i won by 4-3 and 5-1 and just before i could claim my rewards the game severs went down 2 times so it counted as me disconnecting so i missed out on my rewards and lost my games. i just wanted my rewards ……..
