Champions game win you count as loae

It's not fair when someone win in penalty and the game freeze after I won the game with penalty and disconnected don't know how u counted as lost game please please fix it as soon as possible, our time are free to play for hours to a game and because of ur bad servers wipe everything for nothing !!!!!! It's not fair at all
