Champions Wins Not Counted Due to Server Bug – Lost Rewards

I'm posting this here because I've already contacted EA Support, but unfortunately my issue has not been resolved.
During my Champions tournament, I experienced multiple server-related bugs that directly affected my results.
I won a match, but after the game ended, it was incorrectly recorded as a loss.
In the following match, my opponent forfeited, but the game did not count it as a win.
After completing all 15 Champions matches, my points suddenly showed 0, as if I had never played. After restarting the game, my progress returned, but it only showed 8 wins, even though I had legitimately won additional matches that were never counted.
Because of these bugs, I lost Champions progress and received lower rewards than I should have. These were not gameplay issues or disconnects on my end—they appear to be server-related.
I spent several hours contacting EA Support. They informed me that my case has been forwarded to the game team, but I have not received any solution, restoration of my lost rewards, or compensation.
Has anyone else experienced this issue recently?
If anyone from the EA team is reviewing this, I would appreciate having my account investigated and my last three Champions matches reviewed. I simply want the rewards I earned, or another fair resolution, since the issue was caused by the game and not by anything on my side.
