Matchmaking Failed

Question

I’m experiencing a strange issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 Clubs on PC.

My two friends can find and launch matches together without any problems. However, as soon as I join their lobby, matchmaking searches for around 10 to 30 seconds and then displays “Matchmaking Failed.”

When I leave the lobby, they can find a match again. This makes it seem like something related to my account, game installation, anti-cheat, or connection is preventing the entire lobby from matchmaking.

I also received an EA Javelin Anti-Cheat error recently. I repaired the anti-cheat installation, but the matchmaking problem is still happening.

I have already repaired the game files, repaired EA Javelin Anti-Cheat, restarted my PC, restarted the EA App, and confirmed that the game is fully updated.

Has anyone experienced an issue where one specific player causes Clubs matchmaking to fail for the entire lobby? Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I really need this too. I've been through what you're going through. I've tried everything. I've tried the settings my friends suggested, but it didn't fix it.

I'm having the same issue on xbox. My two friends are able to queue into a league match just fine, but when I join it won't find a game. I can connect to rush matches with them, and to join a league match with them I let them queue while I start on the bench.
