Chips and Crosses Not Counting

Scored multiple chips and assisted with crosses multiple times and they have not counted. Should be done with this objective but because the game does not properly count chips or crosses correctly I have to waste more time grinding. I either want compensation or the chips and crosses objective for spain icon swaps to be automatically completed.
