Club Live Event Objectives not showing complete

I can't play the FoF Ultimate Cup live event because it says I haven't completed the objectives. All the objectives show "Winner" and I won them all multiple times. The objectives don't show complete and I haven't received any of the rewards. How do I resolve this issue?
