Hi, this is a urgent request for help.
For the past month of clubs we have beeb getting randomly kicked out of games maybe half our games, at least 2 of our team members always get kicked out and a few from our opponents aswell. The message says error syncing etc when it kicks us out
we have tried messaging opponents and they say it only happens then when they play us
we have tried everything reinstalling the game making a new club everything
nothing works
please any help would be much appreciated

In every Pro Club cross-play match with friends: "You are no longer synchronized with the online game." Since the last patch, I've been kicked from Pro Clubs after about 8 to 31 minutes with the message "You are no longer synchronized with the online game." Only my account/PC is affected (teammates remain). I play wired (1 Gbps), have tried a fresh install, reinstalling EA AntiCheat, switching cross-play, driver updates, and a full repair, but nothing has helped so far...

unable to find a match anywhere on clubs or rush 2nd time in less than a month this game is trash ea u are awful

We disconnected and received a 90 SR loss plus 1 loss in playoffs. We were up 2-0. Please fix it we went from 3rd to 14th in world ranking (old gen)

Every single game gets disconnected in minutes and they all count as losses, all are desync errors

Platform: PC
Game Mode: EA FC 25 Clubs (Pro Clubs)
Issue:
Every time we finish a Clubs match or sometimes during the game, we get hit with the message “An error has occurred” and are sent back to the main menu. It’s happening to multiple players in the team at the same time, not just one person.
Details:
- Started happening recently (around [insert date or patch update if known]).
- Internet connection is stable, no lag spikes or disconnects in other modes.
- Tried verifying game files, restarting router, and repairing EA app – issue still persists.
- Happens in both drop-ins and team matches.
- Sometimes everyone gets disconnected, sometimes only some players.
Request:
Please investigate or confirm if there’s a current server-side issue with Clubs causing mass disconnects or post-match errors. Any fixes or workarounds appreciated.
