Clubs online game resets mid game.

Me and my friends have been having an issue recently of our game resetting to a point earlier in the match. It has only happened when someone tries to join in the middle of the match but it won't let them. It'll stay on the "subs warming up" screen forever and not let them load in. Then they will close the app and the game will go on as normal. Then later on it'll just randomly reset back to earlier in the match and then it'll show their character coming into the game as an Ai. We had a match today that our friend tried to join in first half when we were up 1-0 but it didn't ever let him load in so he quit the app. Then in the 2nd half we were up 4-0 in like the 85th minute and it randomly reset our game back to the first half when we were up 1-0 in like the 43rd minute and showed our friend coming in as an Ai. It has happened several times and we have gotten screwed over by it like more often than not by getting goals taken away.
