FC26 freezing, crashing crah

So I am playing on PC, and before everything was fine. Maybe a week or two ago, in Clubs, while playing with my friend, my game started freezing randomly in the middle of a match. When it freezes, it makes a crazy sound, and I also stop hearing my friend on Discord. The whole computer starts lagging as well.

The freeze sometimes leads to the game crashing, and sometimes I need to press Alt+F4 to close the game, but the game never unfreezes by itself.

I tried deleting the game and downloading it again, but it didn't help. I also tried checking my NVIDIA drivers, and everything was fine.

I saw a lot of people having the same bug as I do, but I haven't seen anyone explain how to fix it. I'm pretty sure it's not because of my internet or something like that, but more likely a bug from a FIFA 26 update, because everything was working fine before that.
