Clubs Pro XP bug (FC 26, PC)

I am experiencing a bug in Clubs Pro mode on FC 26 (PC). Since purchasing the game 3 days ago, I do not receive any XP after matches. The game incorrectly displays that my player is at maximum level, while I am still stuck at level 1. Because of this, my level never increases despite playing multiple games. Account name: Shmeer42
