coins hacked

on Friday I played so normal rivals. The thing I have seen that you had taken out the new heroes that were by login and I have logged in to the web app because right now I do not have access to the xbox. I had 3,800,000 coins and I got in and I have 130,000, the thing is that no one has used my console, it tells me. After all the money I've left in the game I don't know why this happens to me because I have the double verified and I haven't received any email that was suspicious either. 
By schedule I have gotten into before the content and then I have gotten into the web to see the content so it has had to be between 6 and 8 in the afternoon. I sent an email to you but I didn't get any response back
