Hello. As a test, can you try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot? It would be good to try a different connection than your home network. Again, this is only as a test. If it works, it is not meant to be a permanent solution. Thank you.

No difference for me. Logged out in the launcher too, then re-logged in. Nothing. Switched 2FA method, still no difference.Thanks for the suggestion but I still have the same problem. Won't even let me connect to FC25 either.

My issue specifically is that I couldn't accress Clubs if my 2FA was enabled on my EA profile. It's very odd. However, I could access ultimate team as well as seaons. I figured it was worth a shot to mention it. I'm sorry it didn't work for you.

I reported exactly the same issue yesterday on PC and have just tried a mobile hotspot with the same result

I normally hotspot the console using laptop. On the console the IPv is on 4, not 6. What is ISP?

Can you use a wired connection instead? Playing over a hotspot or wireless will have connection issues.

Your ISP is your Internet Service Provider. If you lease your modem/router from them, you may not have access to the settings of your equipment so they may need to make this change. You can also try doing a web search on the model of your modem/router for those instructions.
