In all four of my Squad Battles matches on PC, I received connection errors and was declared to have forfeited despite winning all four games. The issue was not caused by my internet connection, as I tried using three different internet connections during these matches. As a result, I unfairly lost points in four Squad Battles matches.
I am playing on the PC platform via the EA App. I kindly request that this issue be reviewed and my lost points be restored if possible.
I hope the points and rights we lost will be awarded to us.
The servers still appear to be online, yet there has been no clear explanation for these connection errors. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing.
Same issue, I also got disconnected out of 2 Rush games and got the warning that my points and coins will be affected. Game is run by bufoons.
It is crazy that this has been going on for hours now and no reply, no word, from anyone from EA.
This happened multiple times, and the fact that many players are experiencing the same issue clearly shows that this is not caused by my internet connection.Since this appears to be a server-related problem, We should not be penalized for an issue outside of our control.

I've had the same issue as well, my internet connection is stable and working yet I keep disconnecting mid game. EA support is also a joke try to raise a ticket and just get an ai chat bot that will do any other than put my through to a human including asking the same questions over and over again even though I've already answered them.
