Connectivity issues after PC wipe

So yesterday i cleaned up my pc and did wiped it (Windows, Reset this PC). 

After reinstalling the EA app and FC26, i cannot stay in ultimate team for more than five minutes. Doesn't matter if I'm in a match or just grinding an sbc, i will get disconnected and send back to the main menu. I've tried other games and those work fine so it's not my internet connection.

So far i have tried:

  • reinstalling the game
  • Verifying game files
  • Reinstalling the anti cheat
  • Updated to latest windows version
  • Updated to latest drivers
  • Turned off delivery optimization in windows settings 
  • Checked my BIOS to see if secure boot was enabled ( yes it is)

And even after all of that, it still doesn't work.

    The customer service is absolute **bleep**. Keeps sending us back to forums and the AI agent keeps asking the same questions.

    Sounds like once again EA doesn't know how to properly help their customers. It's simply just dumb that it's so hard to get in contact with an actual employee. EA keeps sending everyone to forums they know won't fix **bleep**

    Exactly the same for me here, I think there must be wrong server side in the EA cache that is corrupted, at least for me the first time I log on when launching the game to any online version, it connects for around that 5 minute mark. And once the first initial kick happens it makes it so that any subsequent kick is much quicker because it's already loaded. That's my working theory at least but there's no way for me to check this because EA doesn't help and their customer service just sends me to the same formus over and over again which are useless. I think the only way to fix it would be to get a hold of an actual EA employee to delete that data server side without touching any of the saved progress of course which will most definitely take a while. Let me know though if you find a fix before that.
