[Console] Squad Battles Crashing

I’m having issues with the game shutting down when playing squad battles. Consistently has happened near the end of a game after a goal. Freezes or glitches and takes me to the app screen. I have spent money on this game as well as content and it’s frustrating to miss out on rewards multiple times. What can you do to help? My connection is amazing

Trash **bleep** game did it 6 times and crashed everytime PS5. They appear to be rigging the squad battles at this point

Guys, don't even think this is your fault or some sort of bug due to you have certain players in your roster. It is just EA reducing number of servers gradually every year around this time. SQB has the least connecting priorities so it disconnects more often than other online modes. Also at the phase, more players are just playing more SQB games than live games because they are tired and want to play casually. EA disgusts you with this so force you back to DR or live games because they have too little players willing to play those. 

Don't be angry and don't suspect that it is your fault! Not worth it!

It’s like EA is trying to make me mental.  Bro I just scored the go-ahead goal late in the game to make it 3-2 and EA sputters, freezes and crashes to make it a 0-3 LOSS.  

I have a crazy idea…if you’re going to crash your own game, how about scoreboard wins?

I have never seen a game choke this badly on the XSX platform.  Do they do just zero QA?  How do you not fix such a significant bug within…6 months?

Why does the game crash in squad battle mode? I don’t get any points for this. I’m losing items and it’s ruining gameplay! I want the points added to my account!!!

so the last 3 games I have played in Squad Battles  that had to go into overtime, when a team scored it kicked me out. 
 Twice on Pro and once oN WC (only because the away team was 50/9)
  and it sucks because I would have actually been the guaranteed, almost in .

 I play on a Xbox series and have not had this issue until this round of squads.

I’m going through the same thing on ps5. What’s the point of playing if you can’t score a winner after the 80th minute. It’s legitimately heartbreaking to play on ultimate difficulty and think you just won a really hard game, only to have the game crash! Has EA even acknowledged this yet?!

Issue:

The game crashes immediately after full-time. When I reload the game, the match result is incorrectly recorded as a 3-0 loss to the AI, and I receive 0 Squad Battle points.

Details:

• This has happened twice so far
• Both matches were fully completed (no quitting)
• I was winning both matches before the crash
• Crash occurs right at full-time / post-match transition
• After restarting the game:
• Score is incorrectly recorded as 3-0 to the AI
• 0 points awarded
• No option to replay or recover the match
•  

Frequency:

2 confirmed occurrences

Expected Result:

The final score should reflect the actual result, and Squad Battle points should be awarded even if the game crashes after full-time.

Actual Result:

Game crashes, match result is overwritten to a 3-0 AI win, and 0 points are given.

Additional Notes:

• I am not at the weekly match cap
• This is not a replayed match
• Issue appears specific to Squad Battles

Impact:

Loss of Squad Battle points and incorrect match results, affecting weekly rank and rewards.

Please investigate and fix this issue. If possible, restore the correct results and points for affected matches.
