Constant Crashes in EA Sports FC 26 — Over a Month Without Being Able to Play
Hello, EA Team,
Several weeks ago I opened a thread reporting the constant crashes in EA Sports FC 26 on PC, and to this day I haven’t received any official response or indication that a fix is being worked on.
I’m not the only one affected — there are many PC players, especially those using GTX 1650, 1060 GPUs and 6th or 7th generation Intel CPUs, who are still experiencing the exact same issue. The game closes without any error message, both online and offline, and none of the usual fixes (reinstalling, forcing DX11, updating drivers, clearing cache, etc.) solve the problem.
It’s been over a month since I’ve been able to play the game I purchased, and it’s honestly very frustrating to have no communication at all from the support team regarding whether a patch or update is being prepared to address this Frostbite engine crash issue.I understand that fixing technical problems takes time, but at the very least we should receive an official acknowledgment or update for the affected PC players. We don’t need generic replies or basic troubleshooting steps we’ve all already tried; we just want to know if EA is aware of the issue and if a fix is in progress.
Please escalate this matter to the technical team and provide us with a clear response. It’s unacceptable that so many players still can’t play after weeks of waiting.
