Constant loading ps5

As it says on the topic, goto any menu I get a severe loading or just freezes I have no issues in gameplay except the menus… only way I can continue most times is close app and reopen this is not a solution why is it I have long loading times to the point it either kicks me out or I have to close app…

I have tried rebuilding my database, clearing cache, swapped routers, swapped Ethernet cables, deleted local saved data changed the time etc etc I’ve done literally everything I can with the so called solutions. No other game does this so it is not an ISP problem.

any fix on this I am on PS5
