Constantly disconnecting from EA servers

I've already tried deleting the squads method, I am on a wired connection, my internet speed should be decent enough to at least hold a connection to the EA servers. It happens so sporadically, whether it's in Rivals, UT Champions, Squad battles or even just browsing the menus I keep getting disconnected from the for no apparent reason and this makes the game unplayable. Any solutions would be kindly appreciated.
