Connection problem online modes
Hello! I bought EA SPORTS FC 26 on the steam platform 6 days ago! But i have a technical problem with the connection. The game runs well when it comes to fps only in cutscenes a little lag but that's not important. When I play the Ultimate Team or Clubs game modes, in the match I get a connection problem and sometimes I have a delay of 5 - 10 seconds. I have cable internet! I have had FIFA 23 and FC 24 before and I have never had a problem with online, my internet works quite ok! Please help me and if you can't I would like to ask for a refund because there is no point in buying this game and not being able to play different game modes! Thank you!

I'm taking a look and not seeing any issues with servers over the past few days so this is likely network or ISP related.
With that in mind, let's take a couple of minutes to go through our connection troubleshooting steps, which you can find here
They will take a short time to go through but should hopefully help you improve your connection.
If you continue to see issues, is it possible to test using your phone as a hotspot and mobile data.
