Control Setting in PC

How to change the control setting only use the keybroad when it is kick off mode..

i already set up in the control setting but when start the kick off mode, it can not change the setting when play the game. i only want to use the keybroad not want to use mouse and keybroad. when use the mouse to handle the game player very diffcult.
