Controller connected but not working in online games

So my controller is correctly connected and works perfectly in manus and games Vs AI (squad battles for example) but when try playing online (rivals for example) my players just do random things like...

Fc 26 lag after half time
FC 26 is broken on PC. FPS drops from 60 to 5–10 after halftime every match. GPU hits 99% on RTX 3050 4GB even on Very Low + 85% render scale. Completely unacceptable optimization. Needs urgent fix.
