Controller freezing for ~10 seconds

After the last update the game became unplayable for me, it happens in every mode. It's happening few times per match, players start randomly moving in one direction and become uncontrollable. I tried every possible setting, checked all drivers and tried different controllers but with no luck.  Pls fix i need to play champs.
