Controller freezing issue in online matches – EA FC 26

Question

Hello During online matches my controller completely freezes I cannot perform any actions or control my players. This issue only happens in online modes; offline modes work normally. I have already tried many methods to fix this, including enabling/disabling V-Sync, changing my monitor’s refresh rate to 60Hz in the system settings, a lot of guides on youtube etc. Nothing worked

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I have the same problem, but for me it occurs in Rivals. I can’t control my players and it doesn’t respond to anything, not even the keyboard. I’m also curious about the solution.

Yes i have the same, it works better for me now when i lock my fps to 30 fps and 60Hz, but it doesnt feel good
