Controller inputs not working specifically in FC26 on PS4

Specific inputs on my controller not working, only on FC 26 but in all game modes. My connection is fine as well as my controller, so I don't know why it's not working, has caused me to forfeit three squad battle games. Ones I have noticed so far - through balls, shots don't register, sprint is locked on, keeps auto-switching to closest player to the ball despite auto-switch being off except for long balls.
