I have a problem when I register for EA FC 26 tournaments; the opponent doesn't show up and I'm registered as a loser.

Hey Ahmed_9876321 are these EA tournaments or are they ones organised by Sony?
If you have a link to the ones in question, it would help us to know if we can offer support or if you need to speak with Sony for further assitance.

I contacted Sony support, and they told me to contact EA support; the problem is on their end.

Hey Ahmed_9876321, any issues like this in a Sony tournament is something that you would need to address with Sony support.
We have no input or oversight over Sony tournaments and cannot make changes to the outcome of games.
Know it's not what you wanted to hear but it's just not something that we have access to.
