Controller issue ( PC )

I am using razer wolverine v3 pro controller and it dectected as controller 2 in game. I can only play squad battle in ultimate team (detected as controller 2, blue arrow) and the offline modes. Can't even play pro club and the skill games inside. I have tried my official xbox controller but it experience the same issue. Controllers work well in other games and I tried to remove all controller drivers and just keep the razer controller driver in my desktop but it doesn't work too. What can I do to fix this issue?
