Controller moving its own

I bought fc26 today on epic store and i have a big problem, when i turn on my gamepad, the menus go crazy, check the video.

I already try everything, turn off keyboard/mouse, cable or blue on gamepad and the problem is the same. I dont want play with keyboard this game and no refund...

 

Any solution?

    sorry for no video compability.

     

    I try Hide keyboard/mouse too and no result.

    I played a lot in steam withouth problems

    I have and tired Fifa 17 on EA app too and its the same, controller moving its own when i turn on.
