Crashes gaming laptop

After the recent update within a few minutes or less of being in the game no matter if its career mode menu, selecting line-up, simulating or in match the game crashes while also crashing laptop that I need to manually turn off holding power button.

Its been 2 days now and the same outcome every time. I've tried following a few online suggestion fixes with nvidia driver, lowering graphics, limiting to 60fps, no background apps, running steam in small mode etc but nothing has worked so far. Any help would be amazing thanks.
