Crashing constantly on Xbox

I’ve been trying to play this game from launch and almost every time I can’t edit team sheets from the Home Screen, play two kickoffs in a row, create a player, or transfer players without the game kicking me back to the Xbox Home Screen. I preordered the game and at first I thought maybe it was happening because the rosters weren’t up to date, sub redownloaded entire game and updated squads and all that, still crashes. Cleared cache, and deleted all saves for EAFC26 and still crashes. Game is unplayable and there’s no button on the Microsoft store to demand a refund.
