Crashing

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Do you ever get an error message or does the game just crash and send you back to the desktop? 

It would be good to get a DxDiag report from you. Instructions to gather one are here. I'll look it over for any issues that could be causing the crashing.

Please look at mine I have the same issue EA_Aljo​ 

I have tried 4 separate PCs and one was brand new. other peoples accounts work just mine doesnt

Steps completed:

1. Clean Windows 11 25H2 install
2. Verified system: Secure Boot, UEFI, TPM 2.0
3. Updated all drivers (GPU, chipset, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Realtek, NVIDIA, AMD System drivers, Logitech USB, Alienware firmware, etc.)
4. Rolled back NVIDIA RTX 4080 driver from 591.86 → 591.74 (clean install)
5. Attempted other driver versions (591.59, 591.44)
6. Verified GPU is recognized correctly; confirmed driver installation
7. Ran EA App as Administrator
8. Cleared EA App cache
9. Deleted all local FC26 folders in Documents and AppData (Local & Roaming)
10. Tried a new Windows user account
11. Tried multiple other devices (PCs)
12. Disconnected all linked devices and consoles
13. Verified FC25 works perfectly on same PC and same account
14. Verified FC26 works perfectly on a different EA account on the same PC
15. Tested letting the game compile shaders fully
16. Tested lowering resolution / changing fullscreen settings
17. Reinstalled Microsoft Visual C++ redistributables
18. Reinstalled DirectX
19. Reset Windows Firewall to default
20. Checked and corrected system time/date settings
21. Changed DNS settings (Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1, Google 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4)
22. Attempted Beta Unicode UTF-8 locale fix
23. Attempted EA demo launch
24. Attempted different EA App installs
25. Unlinked Steam and re-linked
26. Tried multiple volumes for installation
27. Tried both USB and local installs
28. Verified cloud sync options and attempted deletion
29. Tried both “Set up as new PC” and in-place update options
30. Verified nothing blocks authentication (Firewall, Admin, network)
31. Checked Windows Event Viewer for errors multiple times
32. Attempted to switch accounts in-game (did not work)

Observations:

• Crash happens only on main EA account in FC26.
• FC25 works on same PC and same account.
• FC26 works on another EA account.
• Splash → black screen → EA App return.
• Local troubleshooting fully exhausted.

Request:

Please escalate this issue and reset my FC26 cloud/profile data on your servers. This is clearly account-specific, not hardware, Windows, or driver-related.

Mine is doing the same thing, but on PS5. Takes a few minutes and then “there was a problem connecting to the FUT servers. Please try again later”. I have changed my network settings, deleted and redownloaded, nothing is working.
