Supercharge for EA play

"I have Game Pass Ultimate and the EA Play Supercharge Pack for FC 26 only shows 'Go to game' in Perks. My Xbox and EA accounts are linked, I haven't received the pack in Ultimate Team after 48 hours, and I have not claimed this month's pack."

I recently bought an ea play membership and havnt recieved this pack yet as promised. Thought it would be a good chance to get the icon pick promised, but ultimatelly scammed into not receiving anything. Not sure how this has been out for this many days and not have been fixed yet at all. 

Hey Rauloren​ have you checked the rewards tab on the PSN store to claim the pack?

It's not delivered automatically so you need to claim it in order to receive it.

Hi Darko, i have been charged twice for my ea play subscription, also, there is no rewards tab on the psn store to claim anything

Billing on the PSN is handled by Sony Rauloren​ so you will need to speak with them about any issues with billing.

If you check the PSN store you should see the ability to claim any additional items received as part of a membership.

i cant see an option to claim it in the ps store

the rewards tab inside the psn store literally doesnt exist, more people are having this issue, dont make up stuff. 

Hi, there! I'm having the same issue, i have a subscription and still didn't get the pack from ea play or the draft token

I've had the same issue, only play I see it is in the news but and it just says play game nothing else

I don’t have take the free supercharged pack and I have do all steps to take it
